How to delete your account

1. Sign in below with the phone number (OTP) or Google account you use in the app.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Can’t sign in? Email support@bavensphoto.com from the email linked to your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and we will delete your account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your cart
• Photo books you have not ordered, and every photo uploaded to them
• Your sign-in on this device

What is kept, and for how long

Records of orders you have placed (order number, items, amount, payment reference and shipping address) are kept for up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law, and used only for that purpose. Photos in an order are kept only as long as needed to print, deliver and handle any return for that order.
